The vision and mission of Access to Success is to provide each participant with the highest level of support and assistance. Our services create the opportunity for participants to build a partnership with their service providers and develop genuine self-reliance.
We believe self-reliance means taking charge of your services, choosing who provides your support, and making decisions about daily life — as well as the larger defining issues. Choice is a recurring value in everything we build.
We minimize the risks of full community participation by maintaining a strong, steady presence in the lives of our participants — a system that encourages real relationships with neighbors, friends, coworkers, and peers.
