Become an Independent Living Professional.
Join our team supporting adults with developmental disabilities across San Diego. You’ll teach skills ranging from budgeting and meal planning to accessing community services — and celebrate every milestone along the way. As independence with tasks grows, you’ll help with new goals while training for mastered skills is phased out.
What you’ll need
- 1 year of experience in social services or working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
- CA driver’s license and a personal, insured vehicle (100k/300k bodily injury coverage)
- CPR / First Aid certification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
