Supported Living for Adults with Impairments

Access to Success (ATS) Supported Living Services (SLS) supports people with intellectual and physical impairments in their desire to live on their own and be an active part of their local community.

Supported living staff help consumers identify resources and teach daily living skills essential to improving the quality of one's life.

SLS offers training in person-centered planning, household and  money management, health and personal safety, and accessing community resources and recreational activities.

Clients receive support in finding affordable housing and roommates, acquiring household furnishings, paying the rent and bills, cooking healthy meals, using public transportation, and accessing medical and dental services.

Support staff work one-on-one with each individual, providing direction and guidance based on each person's needs.
